Sandra Kalliagra was born in Greece in 1984. She studied Architecture in the Department of Architecture in the Polytechnic Faculty of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.TH) and she graduated in 2007. Since then, she works as a free launch architect and she has completed several projects including architectural studies, building constructions, landscape design and much more.
Since 2008 she is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Architecture of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where she works as an Adjunct Lecturer since fall 2011. At the same time she participates in Greek and International Conferences of Architecture as a researcher and lecturer. Many papers of these papers have been published in scientific magazines and conferences proceedings.
She has been assistant chief editor at the e-magazine GreekArchitects.gr from 2009 to 2013 and at the same time she is one of the managers of the group ArchiTeam and the two websites that the group administers.
She has been a member of the Organizational Committee of two International Architectural Competitions and the Architectural Event “Architectural Week 2008” in Thessaloniki, and she participated in editing of two books published during the event.
During 2011 she participated at European Research Programs about accessibility. Also, she participated at the Design Team of the European Research Program “PROSPELASIS of the Byzantine Monuments of Thessaloniki” for which she was awarded by the UIA.
Since 2016 she is the co-founder of the architectural studio “Normless_ architecture studio and workplace”, based in Thessaloniki.
